Red Lodge, Montana

Another Example of Red Lodge’s Hard-Working Youth

Who are these citizens in disguise? Youth volunteers. These community super heroes are getting things done! All together these highly committed volunteers have put in more than 200 hours of time making our community better. They have done everything from helping out at the Boys and Girls Club to training service dogs. To pay homage to these wonderful students, the Red Lodge Area Community Foundation sponsored a pizza party celebrating the 900+ hours that the Red Lodge high school students contributed this last semester. Ten pizzas (from our local Red Lodge Pizza Co, of course) were served while several students stood up in front of their classmates to give testimonials on what volunteering means to them. Hearing these young volunteers talk about how they have changed this community for the better really incites passion, and just proves even further, how Red Lodge is an amazing community to be a part of.
